The 57.5-meter multi-functional offshore support vessel contracted this time is designed and built in compliance with the regulations of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). It has an overall length of 57.5 meters, a moulded breadth of 13.8 meters, a moulded depth of 5.0 meters, a designed draught of 3.7 meters, and a full-load displacement of approximately 2,190 tons.

Equipped with bow thrusters and adopting a twin-engine/twin-propeller propulsion system, the vessel has a designed speed of 12.0 knots and an impressive endurance of 10,000 nautical miles. With accommodation for 60 personnel and complete living facilities, it boasts strong open-sea self-sustaining capability. The aft working deck covers an area of about 300 square meters, enabling efficient heavy-duty operations such as material transportation, equipment hoisting, and engineering maintenance.

The vessel is fitted with high-power fire pumps, remote fire monitors, fast rescue boats, and a full set of life-saving equipment, capable of performing emergency tasks including fire fighting, personnel rescue, and oil spill response. In addition, it integrates advanced navigation and communication equipment, a SMART intelligent management system, and full-ship CCTV monitoring systems. Its intelligence, safety, and reliability meet international high-end standards, adapting to the complex operating environments of high temperature, high humidity, and high salt spray at sea.

The vessel is widely competent for multiple tasks such as offshore platform supply, engineering operation and maintenance, emergency rescue, and external fire fighting.
